Refund policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Prior to return you must email us at sales@raindropintierios.co.uk to start the returns process.  This must be within 48h of delivery.  We require full explanation of reasons for return and image of product before it is couriered back to us.

Return delivery costs will be at the customers expense and must be couriered on a tracked service, in the same packaging as delivered.  Original delivery costs will be refunded if return approved.

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us within 48h of delivery, at sales@raindropinteriors.co.uk  This applies to items that are damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges you will need to request a refund and then purchase your required new product on-line.

All personalised items are bespoke these items are non-refundable.
